What are the office hours?

Our office is open Monday through Friday from 7:30AM to 1:30PM, Saturday from 8:00AM to 1:30PM and on Sundays we’re closed.

When can I move in?

As long as there’s a space available in the size that you need, feel free to move in whenever you’re ready.

How much notice needs to be given before I decide to vacate my unit?

We ask that you give us a 5 day notice before you move out.

What documentation do I need to provide in order to rent a unit?

All we require is a government issued ID such as a driver’s license, state ID, or passport.

What lease options are offered?

No, we rent on a month-to-month basis unless the customer requests otherwise.

Who has access to my storage unit?

Only tenants have access to their storage units. The day that you rent a storage unit, you’ll be given a security passcode that will allow access 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Enter your code into the gate keypad on every visit.

How do I pay my storage bill?

Pay your storage bill online.

What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept checks, money orders, VISA and MasterCard. We only accept cash payments in person.

Do you sell boxes and supplies?

We sell all types of packing supplies including boxes, tape, and covers.

How do I determine what size storage unit to rent?

Our self storage calculator is a great option if you’re trying to determine what storage unit size you need to rent. Feel free to call our manager for additional assistance.

Do I need to purchase my own lock?

We encourage tenants to bring their own lock on move-in day, but we do have locks available for purchase.

What items am I not allowed to store?

For the safety of your belongings and other units, we ask that you avoid storing liquids, explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials and perishables. Contact us if you have questions regarding a specific item.
